One off entrance fee: £55.00

Annual Subscriptions
Full Membership: £25.00
Retired and over 60: £15.00

How the Club uses your personal information

This statement explains how The Sheffield Club (the “Club”) handles and uses the personal information that the Club collects about its members for processes relating to its operations and activities.

The Club collects and processes your personal information for a number of purposes, including:

• Maintaining your personal details (e.g. your name, address and preferred contact details), including ensuring effective communications with you.
• Keeping financial records (e.g. payment of your membership fees).
• Providing details of Club events and meetings.
• Maintaining a record of your activities with the Club.

The Club’s normal legal basis for processing your personal information is that it believes that it is in the Club’s legitimate interests to do so, in order for the Club to run effectively and efficiently, and as the Club only collects and uses minimal information for the limited purposes listed in this notice the Club does not consider that your own interests override the interests of the Club. If the Club uses your personal information outside of the purposes listed in this notice it will seek your consent to do so in advance.

The Club keeps your personal information for as long as the Club needs it, and usually for 1 year after your membership ceases.
